What is felted soap?
It’s a washcloth and soap all in one. Felted soap acts as a gentle exfoliator. The wool used is 100% undyed sheep’s wool and is anti-bacterial/anti fungal. The wool shrinks with the soap and stays on the soap for as long as you use it. Felting also helps extend the life of the soap.
The soap used is our 4 oz all natural, handmade original goat milk soap. Once the soap has cured for at least 4 weeks it is then felted with the sheep’s wool. The wool used is a Corriedale blended top of natural white and brown which is minimally blended to produce a colored striped effect.
Emma Wilder Farm soap is Mississippi handmade all-natural goat milk soap with an ingredients list you can actually pronounce. We are a palm oil free facility. Our soaps are handmade from our own goats milk, natural oils, lye, and essential oils. We don’t cut corners, water down our raw goat milk, or thin the essential oils in your soap. For our scented soap bars we only use 100% essential oils and other natural ingredients. We make wholesome eco-friendly products, using the healthiest ingredients available.
